EarthView, Inc. is a wholesale business only and re-sale certificates are needed to purchase from our company. Our terms are COD, Mastercard/Visa or net 30 with approved credit. Credit references and banking information are required to set-up an account with us. Allow 2 weeks for credit to be established. Reorders will not be shipped until past due balances are paid. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. All orders are double counted as they are packed. Please sift all packing material carefully for any items you cannot find. Call immediately if you question the contents of your order. Backordered merchandise over $50.00 is automatically shipped as soon as it is available. All backorders under $50.00 are added to your next order unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Ironwood Carvings

Due to their handcrafted nature, Ironwood carvings may vary slightly in size and shape. All sizes are approximate. Some figures are available in larger sizes on a special order basis. Figures can be cared for by polishing carvings with a soft cloth and/or neutral paste-type shoe wax. Do not use furniture polish on the Ironwood products. Retail displays with direct lighting on the product really add to the appeal of the wood. Extra large pieces may develop small cracks over time due to the nature of the wood. All carvings and lamps come with narrative story cards. New customers will also receive a larger framed narrative story for display purposes.

Ironwood Home Accents

Lamps & Shades: Rustic lamp bases are made from Ironwood and vary in geometry and size. Lamp heights range from 12" to 14" for the vanity lamps and from 22" to 24" for the larger Ironwood table lamps. Wrought iron lamps are 27" to 30" tall, depending on the style. Electrical components are UL approved parts. Horns for some animal lamps may be packed separately to prevent breakage (Krazy glue will be included in your order to assemble the horns). Ironwood table lamps and wrought iron lamps are made with three-way switches and we recommend using a 30-70-100 watt light bulb. Wrought iron lamps are powder coated in a rust-colored finish. Vanity lamps require a torpedo or chandelier bulb and clip-on paper shades are included in the price of the lamp. Light bulbs are not included with lamps. Animal silhouettes can be added to the vanity lamp shades for a $2.00 additional charge. All paper shades are vinyl-laminated paper shades that are rawhide laced on the top and bottom. Rawhide shades do require special care and instructions are included with each shade. All rawhide shades are treated with leather conditioning cream. We recommend occasionally reconditioning the shades with leather lotion and the use of low wattage bulbs (up to 60 watts) to prevent shade cracking. No returns accepted on rawhide shades unless damaged in shipment.

Bookends: All Bookends are rustic style except where noted. Horns for Moose, Elk, Deer and Longhorn are packed separately to prevent damage during shipment. Assembly of the horns is easy and only requires application of Krazy glue, which will be included with the order. The horns should will not fit snugly in the holes until they are glue is applied. The geometry and size of the bookend bases may vary.

Clocks: Small animal head clocks are approximately 4" in height. Large animal head clocks are approximately 8" in height. Some assembly may be required to glue horns on selected animals (Krazy glue will be provided in these cases). Large clock inserts operate on one "AAA" battery (not included). Small clock inserts have battery included.

Paper Towel Holders: Paper towel holders range from 15" to 18" in height depending on the style. Some light assembly required to attach poles to base. The holders are made to fit both jumbo and regular size paper towel rolls.

Kiva Ladders: Larger Kiva ladders (3 ft. and up) require special packaging and some additional packaging charges will be added. Ladders may be ordered individually, but boxes are designed to hold 4 ladders.

Oaxacan Wood Carvings

Carvings will vary slightly in size, shape and color due to their handcrafted nature. All carvings are signed (or initialed on the very small pieces) by the artists. We try to avoid backorders but they may occur, due to the popularity and limited availability of these carvings. We will always try to get the backordered items to you as soon as possible. Many of the carvings contain small parts that easily fit into their holes. These parts are packed separately to avoid breakage. Please examine packing material carefully to ensure that you have all the required pieces. You may glue these pieces upon receipt if you desire to avoid misplacing the parts. All carvings come with narrative story cards. New customers will also receive a larger framed narrative story for display purposes.
